We provide free returns and exchanges for orders within the US. However, international orders may incur a fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make your request within 14 days of delivery, and ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.

If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days before washing or wearing it.

Please note that clearance items, custom frames, and mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
